The Architects
of Response
Pagers were designed for a different century. We built WISEVOC because clinicians deserve technology that moves as fast as they do.
Built by engineers.
Designed by trauma surgeons.
In 2018, Dr. Elena Rostova spent 14 minutes trying to locate an on-call anesthesiologist during a critical operation. The hospital had state-of-the-art robotic surgery platforms but relied on 1990s pagers for communication.
She partnered with Marcus Chen, a former distributed systems engineer for global financial networks, to solve this. If wall street could trade millions of shares in microseconds with zero failure, hospitals could surely route a Code Blue instantly.
WISEVOC was born from that intersection: financial-grade routing reliability meets clinical-grade ergonomic hardware.
Scale & Impact
Our Design Philosophy
Invisible Mechanics
Technology in a trauma bay should operate ambiently. If a clinician has to consciously think about how to use the device, we failed the design.
No Dead Ends
An alert broadcast into the void is dangerous. Every action requires a defined endpoint, callback, and escalation path built fundamentally into the routing engine.
Protect the Provider
Patient care begins with provider health. System vitals tracking ensures those delivering intensive care aren't burning out past clinical thresholds.
